People who cheat have a romantic affair. This may refer to sexual liaisons among unwed parties, or to various forms of nonmonogamy.
The Misanthrope:
A misanthrope is someone who holds feelings of generalized dislike, distrust, disgust, contempt and hatred of the human species, human nature, or society.
The Criminal:
A Criminal breaks the rules or laws for which some governing authority (via mechanisms such as legal systems) can ultimately prescribe a conviction.
